You need to enable disk mode on one machine with an iPod but I believe it will work without iTunes on both systems. Just format it on a Windows machine so it uses FAT32.
The Innioasis Y1 isn’t just a fun iPod clone. It also reminded me how satisfying it is to actually own the music you listen to.
