The City of Albuquerque has reached a $400,000 settlement with a man who sued after falling from his trailer into the dumping bay at a city-run trash disposal facility.
The Department of the Air Force removed and disposed of all aqueous film-forming foam, or AFFF, and related rinse water, or rinsate, from Cannon Air Force Base Jan. 12.
